Very easy to find, convenient for returns

I will never use this car rental company again, ever in my life. We arrived to pick up the car around 2 PM, initially they said they would upgrade us to a Prius, but later said there was a mistake and gave us an old Altis. When we said the car was too old and requested a change, the staff handed us a paper and said if we had any issues, we could file a complaint, but they couldn’t help us change the car. They said we could cancel if we didn’t want to rent it. We had booked the car 7 days in advance, and being told there was only one available was really disappointing. I dread to think how they would handle it if something went wrong.

The airport counter is right at the arrival level, very convenient. They parked the car outside the door, no need to find the parking lot yourself.

Well, I rented a Yaris but got a free upgrade to a CRV. There wasn't a car seat available for young infants, so we had to bring our own. Overall, the experience was quite good. The English accent was rather strong, so you need to listen carefully.

Thai company is a local car rental company in Thailand. I chose them initially for their competitive prices and because they are local, which I thought would be helpful in case any issues arose. It turns out the process of picking up and returning the car was quite smooth and less complicated than I imagined. They didn't inspect too much during the return, just checked the fuel gauge, which was nice and easygoing.
