We arrived at the car rental office a little after 9 PM and waited for over an hour. Meanwhile, the nearby Yesaway had already processed three or four groups. We were still waiting. We asked the staff if we could extend the return time from 4 PM to 5 PM, but they refused, citing that the downtown office closes at 4 PM. However, we later saw in the contract that the downtown office actually closes at 5:30 PM. The staff were very irresponsible.

Waited for over an hour to pick up the car, but it was mainly because my flight was changed unexpectedly when boarding in Koh Samui. I arrived earlier than scheduled, but they told me at the counter that there were no cars available. I accepted it and waited for over an hour, which was past my scheduled pick-up time, and still no car. Finally, they offered a smaller car, from a sedan to a compact... The fuel tank wasn’t full either. I was given a car with 9 bars of fuel, refilled to 9 bars, but used more fuel due to a detour. I returned it with slightly over 8 bars and was charged an additional 320 THB. If the tank had been full initially, this wouldn't have happened. Not very satisfied. The car was in poor condition, over 10 visible damages, took a long time to inspect. High mileage, it's cheap but not recommended.

The only dissatisfaction was when returning the car. I got lost and wandered around for a long time. It took a long time to communicate with the rental company, and they just kept saying they were off work. Negotiating a late return was quite troublesome. Overall, it was a fairly good experience. The car had a problem; the automatic transmission kept stalling, and in Thailand, this caused numerous rolling incidents.
