I rented a car in March this year, and I actually forgot to leave a review... It wasn't until I planned another trip to New Zealand that I remembered. The service from EasiRent was very satisfactory, with affordable prices and excellent service. The staff were polite and responsible.

The car rental process lacked standard procedures, and the quality needs improvement. The fact that the car was old was not indicated, leading to unmet expectations.
