However, you need to proactively request a vehicle inspection. The company will provide an inspection form where you should check for any damages to the vehicle, note them on the form, and return one copy to the rental company. It's also a good idea to upload photos of the car from various angles and any damage points to the QEEQ app as suggested, ensuring double protection.

Yeah the first car offered was a old vehicle and looked like it had been through a battle field, I went and asked to swap the vehicle and they offered a different vehicle which was a brand new car, looks like they was trying it on and giving out crap cars

There was no vehicle available for me even though I booked 2 days prior. I had to get a ride to another location. This took a lot of time and the new location added to my overall journey time. I was about 90 minutes later than I expected at my final destination.

The car was not nearly the size of a Jeep Compass. It was much smaller. I was a little bummed s out that, but we worked it out.
