The process of picking up and returning the car in Tasmania was very quick and smooth, very convenient.

Not bad. There's a counter at Avalon Airport's arrival hall with the parking lot right outside. This airport has very few flights, so there's almost no queue. Very quick. The car wasn't very new, having more than 30,000 kilometers. However, the condition of the car was good. Booked a Camry, but it was unusual that the car didn’t have a handbrake, relying entirely on the P gear. Each time I parked, I had to make sure the car didn’t slide before I dared to take my foot off the brake pedal.

Vehicle was fairly new and excellent condition. Very flexible and helpful team.

The pick-up station was located conveniently within the Launceston Airport and the staff were very professional in helping me check out the car and in guiding me.

Like: The ease of use and convenience is amazing.
Dislike: The vehicle perhaps needed maintenance service, as it prompted quite often during the 5 day booking I made
