The counter service was very fast. They checked the order, photocopied my passport and driver's license, took a card pre-authorization for the deposit, and explained relevant points. Then I picked up the car. It took less than 10 minutes! The car was full of fuel and very clean. I rented a Toyota Founter, a 3.0-liter engine with plenty of power. Very comfortable to drive, highly recommended! I will rent this car again next time!
The rental desk is at the far left of the arrivals hall in Chiang Mai Airport. After completing the paperwork, you can go straight to the parking lot to pick up the car. Very convenient.
Overall, it's pretty good and the efficiency is acceptable.
