The pickup location was at the domestic arrivals section, which made it really difficult for us to find. The taxi driver called them, but we had no idea how they communicated. He eventually dropped us off at a shopping mall near the airport and left us there. We had to find our way to the rental office by ourselves. However, the rental and return process was smooth.

Pretty good, there's 24-hour service. The only issue is the car is a bit old, over 50,000 km.
