Satisfied

The car was decent, but the service was terrible. There were some unexpected issues, and we had to return home immediately, so we had to return the car in another location, which cost over 2000 yuan. Additionally, the 20-dollar airport shuttle fee was frustrating. The staff at the rental office were only interested in taking photos and endlessly documenting everything. We needed help with our luggage due to our physical condition, but were ignored. The service attitude was very poor.

Great service attitude

The first car broke down in dangerous circumstances. Complete electrical failure which affected break and steering systems and rendered the car undrivable. Road side assistance took 7 hours and replacement car 24 hours. The whole process had financial implications for us. After I returned the second car YESAWAY advised that I had additional money to pay as petrol tank on first vehicle was not full as per agreement. Given the car had broken down causing me hugh cost and inconvenience and was probably not roadworthy when they hired it to me is a bit rich. Having taken the money they will not respond to my emails.

Great people and lovely car, we really enjoyed the whole experience, they were very friendly, honest and quick to pick up/drop us in the airport. The rental location is actually close about 1 km from the airport so can be walked if easily if you dont have large luggage. The process was straightforward and the helpdesk ladies were all very helpful. Highly recommended.
