Returning the car was very convenient. Everything went smoothly, and there was no need for additional services. At Los Angeles airport, a friendly worker scanned the barcode inside the door and gave the car a quick look before saying it was okay. He also kindly told me where to catch the airport shuttle. However, I encountered an issue when picking up the car because I didn't have a driver's license notarized. The rental point refused to give me the car, and calling QEEQ was useless as no one answered! Luckily, there was an attachment online similar to a notarized document. After filling it out as required, the rental point quickly handed over the car, and the rest of the trip went smoothly.

The car pickup service was okay. When there was no suitable car at the pickup point, they upgraded me. However, later the tire had a leak. I called for roadside assistance and was told they would arrive within 90 minutes. Two sets of 90 minutes passed and they still hadn't arrived. When I called again, they told me they couldn't come and that I had to find a solution myself. Stuck in the middle of nowhere with no other options, I called the police. The police were responsible and helped me replace the tire with a spare. In the end, I found a tire shop myself to fix the tire. Basically, it was like, 'We can't help you, find a solution yourself.'

At Los Angeles Airport, you need to take the Alamo shuttle bus, which takes about ten minutes. The process went smoothly, although immigration took a bit longer. The car rental procedure was easy and you could choose from cars in the same category. Luckily, after some deliberation, we chose a GMC SUV instead of the originally booked Grand Cherokee. Returning the car in Salt Lake City was super convenient. Follow the Rental Car Return signs at the airport, park the car, and an employee will scan the vehicle with a handheld device, and that's it!

The speed of picking up and returning the car is very fast. I recommend registering for Alamo's online check-in; it will speed up your car pickup. The staff are very nice but will still ask if you need roadside assistance. Generally, if you have full insurance and the car is in good condition, it's not necessary. Since Alamo and National are together, car allocation is relatively fast. I booked a luxury car, initially wanted to see the ATS, but they brought an Infiniti Q50 instead. I found it to be very good!

La personne au comptoir m’a fait comprendre que la voiture louée était trop petite et m’a proposé une voiture plus grande, mais je pensais qu’il me proposait un autre contrat qui annulait le précédent, et puisqu’elle était moins chere j’ai dit OK, ne comprenant pas que cela venait en plus du contrat déjà signé et payé...
