Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, and the paperwork was processed quickly.

We rented a small manual Polo from Caro. Overall, the car was in good condition, especially during flat acceleration, though it lacked some power when driving uphill. The service attitude was very good.

The service was excellent. Although there wasn't a staffed counter at the airport, someone met us at the agreed time. We arrived early and called to request an early pickup, which was promptly accommodated, including a free upgrade. For the return, we needed to return the car to the pickup office, where someone waited for us until 10 PM and even drove us back to our hotel. Considering the cost was much lower than other major companies, I highly recommend them.

The rental location is right behind the NH hotel where we stayed, which is very convenient. The staff's service attitude is also excellent!

The front desk staff spoke good English, but the return staff hardly spoke any. There was no counter in the airport hall; we had to call them to pick us up.
