The American rental company was not very reliable. During the rental period, I had to switch cars twice, which wasted a lot of time. The first car had a malfunction, so I replaced it. The second time, I received a parking ticket and found out the car's inspection had expired, so I had to replace it again.

The battery was flat when I went to return the car. The process of getting it sorted with Avis was frustrating and staff were unhelpful.

Overall, very satisfied.

Handling orders from different locations is quite reassuring. Good job, I will continue renting cars for my trip to the USA.

予想以上に良い車でした。 貸し出し日は大雪だったため、雪を落とす用の道具を車内につけてくれました。 また、旅の途中、飛び石でフロントガラスが破損したのですが、すぐにavisの別の支店で車を交換してもらえました。

値下げプロテクターは直前利用だったため関係ありませんでしたが、とても使いやすかったです。
