The email mentioned a fee of 20 euros for entering the Eastern European country Czech Republic, but the counter charged 50 euros upon pickup. Other than that, everything was good and cost-effective. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this rental, and the upgraded vehicle at the counter was also very good. I will choose them again next time.
