The counter has two staff members and the airport wasn't crowded, so I could be attended to right away.

Returning the car in Hobart was a bit troublesome and took some time, but overall, I was very satisfied. Returning the car in Adelaide was very convenient, and they didn't take much time to inspect. Handing the keys to the front desk was enough.

Efficient and well-organized process

Picked up the car at Launceston Airport. On the third day, the car lost power on the way to Cradle Mountain. Since there was no cell signal in the mountains, we couldn't call for help. Fortunately, a passerby helped us call for assistance. We waited at the spot for over two hours, then got towed to Davenport where we got a free upgrade for the replacement car. It took four to five hours in total. The exaggerated part is they charged us extra after returning the car, and only acknowledged it after we queried the details through the bank.

Could not be more pleased from the staff at the counter to being allowed to drop off the car in the city
