The service was excellent, no waiting in line.

Budget is quite good. When renting a car in Launceston, they provided a new car. The order mentioned a full tank, but in reality there was no fuel. Called them after finding out and it was resolved later.

The trip went relatively smoothly, but the service wasn't as good as AVIS. AVIS has a guide in the return area, but BUDGET didn't.

I booked a X-Trail, but got an Outlander instead. The car had 26,000 kilometers on it and drove very smoothly. The service wasn't particularly outstanding; it was neither overly enthusiastic nor indifferent, just straightforward and clear. I appreciate this kind of clear process and communication.
