The staff was deliberately making things difficult for Chinese customers. We were delayed for more than an hour late at night, very frustrating!

My English isn't great, so at first, I was pitched various extra services for a long time, such as GPS and WIFI rental, which I understood but found much more expensive than Zuzuche. I initially thought I was just putting a deposit on my card, but it turns out I was charged over 200 pounds for some insurance. Additionally, returning the car with an empty tank cost over 60 pounds, which is a rip-off. I'd rather return it with a full tank since it’s hard to time it right to return it when the tank is empty, and refueling only costs around 50 pounds. It felt like an Indian guy was trying to upsell me, with a British boss standing behind him. My advice: don't take any of their additional services. Also, before going, I called the store and was told that I needed an international driving permit or a notarized translation of my domestic license. Hong Kong licenses or translations of domestic licenses wouldn't work. However, in reality, the translation document was sufficient. Unlike Hertz, which clearly states that a translation document is acceptable.

No problems at all, staff helpful, collection and drop off very straightforward.

Rude service, “supervisor” who “served” us should be dismissed- if I acted how she did in my job, I would be.
