Great service, the chubby young girl was very nice and friendly.

We originally selected a Ford Focus, but at the store, we were directly upgraded to an MG SUV. It could hold more luggage, had more space, and was enjoyable to drive. It took us to more places in the UK, and we thoroughly enjoyed this trip!

The staff where fantastic Jacqueline in particular. We had arrived in Belfast and the airline had lost my luggage, so I had no paperwork or clothes apart from what I was wearing. They helped me with everything including where I could buy some clothes. 10 out of 10 for service.

The car was in a very poor state, despite being told I was being switched to a 'newer car' there was a list of 7 elements of damage to the car on the original rental agreement. On inspection once I went to pick up the car, I found 3 other serious bits of damage to the car, 1 involving the lights that had not been noted. I have attached photos of these. On returning to the car rental desk (as there were no staff in the parking area), I had to wait for previous customers to finish their agreement before flagging up this damage and having my rental agreement amended by hand and signed. I have attached a photo of these amendments. I don't believe this car should have been rented and it had not been well cleaned in advance.
