We informed the staff about the collision when returning the car, but they were very impatient and kept questioning us about how the accident happened. We booked a Cruze but were given a very old model Nissan Pulsar instead. The car had no backup radar or alert system, making it very prone to accidents, especially in dark conditions. The experience was far worse compared to Hertz, and we won't choose this company again.
The store is good, just a short walk from the airport. However, I don't understand why I was forced to pay an additional 22 AUD per day at the counter, making it more expensive than the original price.
