The staff saw that there were three of us and suggested upgrading to a Fullsize car. After using it, I felt that since I was only using the car for two days on Oahu, the upgrade wasn't necessary. The staff also recommended a service called Roadside Plus for $4.99/day, which provides emergency assistance if the keys are locked inside the car or in case of a flat tire. Later, I thought as long as I carefully manage the keys, the additional service wasn't necessary. Overall, I felt the company's staff were too eager to upsell extra services, which was not very good.

Everything was great except for the pushy insurance sales. We had a rear-end collision in Colorado, but even after contacting the store, the return process was still efficient and smooth.

Like: Fast and efficient getting on the road!!
Dislike: Having to arrive back with the car by 10 am to avoid another day of charges even though our flight didn’t leave til 3pm so no leaning to way fee til noon made for a very long day at the airport!!!

Dislike: The customer service rep was very rude. He try to put me in a car that had tire pressure light on. Will all different pressure in each tire.
