Overall, it's very good. Just purchase full coverage on QEEQ, no need to pay for additional insurance, which isn't recommended either. The process is simple.

It's hard to say. The car was easy to drive and had no major issues. However, on the last day while returning the car, the plastic undercarriage suddenly came off and dragged on the ground. Out of necessity, I bought some tape from a gas station store to secure it, but it fell down again shortly after. After multiple failed attempts to fix it, I had no choice but to let it drag while rushing to catch my flight. When I returned the car, I proactively informed the staff, but they didn't say much and mentioned I could leave without needing a receipt. There was collision insurance, but this doesn't count as a collision! The insurance policy generally doesn't cover the undercarriage, roof, tires, or windows. The car rental company hasn't processed the final charges yet, so I don't know how this will be handled.

Our rental was amazing. We fell in love with it when we first picked it up. It was hard dropping it off due to so much memories with it in less than a week that we had it. We highly recommend dollar car rental. Definitely coming back
