Great experience. We realized that our four 24-inch suitcases wouldn't fit in the originally booked car, so they upgraded us to a Volvo for free. It's very fuel-efficient, with Dutch fuel costing €2.33 per liter! Driving was easy and the car, with only 1500 kilometers, was practically new. Hence, no need to buy an eco-friendly certificate when going to Belgium.

First time renting a car on my own, and it was an excellent experience!

Excellent car rental service. The staff even gave me a free vehicle upgrade, which made me very happy. The pick-up and drop-off locations are easy to find.

i made a mistake when i booked online to indicate a pickup time and it reverted to 12 noon,i arrived there at 845 and when he noticed the mistake he told me he had no cars to give me ,except a top of the line with all bells and whistles for only 10.00euro more a day for 8 day's when i explained to him that the 2 times before i rented from then it did not pose a problem his answer was THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM and than told me further that the car i had reserved would be available in about 3 hours and could wait in the public seating in front of their office ,i sat there for 2 hours WAS NOT IMPRESSED

Tried to upsell additional insurance at the counter with some pressure tactic-not nice! Also tried to upsell to a larger vehicle-not recommended if you’re not used to the narrow European city roads.
