Average. During the rental, they promised to change the car but did not follow through. The originally booked Toyota HiAce was replaced by an old and worn-out Maxus van. The dashboard lights were not working, making it difficult to see speed and fuel levels at night, which was very unsafe and affected usage. The brakes were faulty, and the car rolled backward. I applied for compensation but still haven't received a resolution. The overseas partner company claimed this was the only car available, leaving me feeling helpless.

Overall, no issues.

Discount Car Rentals is great, only issue I had is that their pick-up/drop-off location does not populate on maps in my Iphone. It took me awhile before I could figure out how to get to the location. **Pick-up was no issue as you just meet them at the airport**
