Different car from I booked. The car wasn’t in good condition.

The queue wasn't long and it was pretty quick.

Overcharging. I bought full insurance, but the store still insisted on insurance, and I had to pay an extra 200+ dollars upon return.

This was the worst company. The attendant with an Indian accent told me the car I selected was not available and offered to switch it with a Japanese car, but ended up giving me a Kia, which left me speechless. After various troubles, either missing EZpass or no reverse sensors, I finally chose a fuel-consuming Ford.

The brakes were not in good condition, the car kept shaking when we would press the brakes. The key fob battery stopped working and the car wouldn't lock. I was not informed to renew the contract after completion of a month and so had some issues when I tried to call to extend the rental for 4 days. I ended driving 4 hours to the nearest budget to drop off the car because of this.

When I contacted qeeq to extend my car rental they just sent me to budget and did not help

They were great.
