Good Service!!!

They tried to cheat me by giving a different car than the one I booked. I insisted on getting the car I had reserved, and they finally gave it to me.

The car rental service was excellent, with no additional upselling.

When picking up the car, I was charged an extra 40+ AUD as an airport parking fee. Communicated with the rental company, but the issue was not resolved.

Superb! We rented a Volkswagen Golf, and they upgraded us to a Passat TSI for free! Very satisfied! We bought the super insurance on QEEQ, so we didn't need to purchase additional insurance when picking up the car, and the staff didn't pressure us. We provided a translated driver's license from an online shop, and it worked perfectly. This is the second time within six months that we've rented from Europcar, and it has been great.

We were given an upgrade and the staff could not have been better. There was quite long queue but the staff soon dealt with it. We were asked if we minded waiting a few minutes extra while they finished valeting the upgrade and we were kept updated thro out. Excellent service overall. Will use Europcar again without hesitation .
