I booked a small SUV but the car was much bigger (honda Pilot, 500 inches long, 8 seats), I still got along well even though I was worried at first because I am not used to such big cars.
The car was superaccessorrized, with leather seats and lots of technology options and every comfort, much appreciated!
The car was very clean except for the trunk which they may have forgotten to clean.
It took more than 2 hours for my car to be ready. No notification beforehand that I would have a delay. When I tried to adjust the pick-up/drop-off time, the responsibility was put back on me to amend and reverse the additional charge.

Staff were brilliant and handled the corporate disaster of Budget very professionally. No car availability for three hours after getting off a ten hour flight. There had to be around fifty people just waiting around. Just awful, awful, awful.

Fine, booking is a little cludgy as they send you a confirmation email to e log into. But once your in it's OK.
