Will not use Snap again

Reviewed: Wed, Dec 21, 2022
About SNAP: 5.0 /10
Nice and friendly staff at Snap offices but out of hours pickup staff was very unhelpful. Unfortunately, no car seat was provided despite ringing to confirm the day before - a real pain when you arrive at 10pm. Drop off location in Queenstown was not updated either so chasing our tails before getting to the airport was also frustrating. Impossible to reach them on the phone without having to wait minimum 30 min. Probably wouldn't use them again.
About QEEQ: 8.0 /10
Total amount to be paid at the counter was higher than advised by Qeeq when booking.

We are sorry to learn you had very unhappy experience with the car hire company. We will forward your complaint to them and require them to improve their service. The drop off address has been changed, we tried to inform you by call but failed so we sent email. If you need any assistance, please kindly feel free to contact with us.

Had a great overall experience with SNAP. The staff were really friendly, check-in was quick with hardly any waiting, no hard selling and no hidden charges at all. Pick-up and drop-off were smooth and efficient from start to finish—super satisfied!
