I had never driven a manual A3 before, and they were worried I wouldn't understand. So, they accompanied me to the pickup point to demonstrate how to start the engine and operate the car. I found their service very attentive.

Regarding the E-pass device fee, it was not disclosed in advance, nor was the user's choice sought. Instead, it defaulted to a fee structure that favored the rental company, effectively depriving consumers of their right to choose. How can consumers be expected to read through dense terms in such a short amount of time? The rental company could have easily communicated this issue with the consumer in advance to reach a mutually satisfactory fee arrangement.
