Watch out insurance insisted or no car !!

Great experience, the car was very new.

The counter service was a bit slow, but the efficiency at the pickup and drop-off locations was very high, and the staff was extremely enthusiastic and helpful with any issues. They did not push insurance aggressively at pickup, which made the experience very pleasant. They also conducted a joint inspection of the car at pick-up and proactively pointed out any hard-to-notice damages. I will likely choose this company again next time!

I booked an automatic, but after a long process, the contract ended up being for a manual. The contract didn't clearly specify the type of transmission or fuel. The place to finalize the contract and pick up the car is far apart, about a 20-minute walk. The shuttle bus was also very slow.

Car return at Milan should have a more prominent sign, went round and round to find the drop off location.. in the end found out the drop off point is located inside a multi storey carpark.. took about almost an hour to look around for it.

Great experience with staff. They allowed us to modify our time from 2 pm to 2pm and change to noon to noon because we arrived 2 hours early. Very nice! Difficulty with Google maps and finding location and construction on road. Driver window did not always go up right away, but did work slowly. Staff was great. Drop off was quick and easy.

Price drop saved us about $40.
