QEEQ and AVIS made our rental easy, cost-competitive and pleasant.

There were not many people in line at the airport, but processing each person took about ten minutes.

The service was excellent, and the pick-up and drop-off processes were very fast.

Dropping off the car at 30 Pitt St in Sydney was stressful. It would have helped if there were photos provided showing exactly where the car should have been parked on return. I parked illegally initially to speak with Avis staff for advice before being directed to the proper drop off spot. Also, 30 Pitt St shows on Google Maps as a hotel. Again, a photo or map showing where the Avis is located in relation to the hotel would have helped.

Like: Ease of rental. Price was awesome.
Dislike: Distance to Rental car park in teeming rain (or midday sun and high humidity) hauling a suitcase in Darwin. Was a drowned rat at both pick up and drop off. Flooding to covered walkway ensured footwear was drenched too. I think a courtesy call or email during my six week rental would have been a great customer service.
