Average experience. I booked an automatic car, but it wasn't available at pickup, so I was given a manual one. The parking lot at this airport is very far, requiring more than a ten-minute walk.

Totally unreliable! Both pickup and drop-off locations were unclear or incorrect! No one answered any of the calls, and the car rental company's official number was always on hold. Finally, we had to contact via the rental platform to resolve. Our group, dragging large luggage, wasted several hours and disrupted our schedule! Who compensates for our loss?

We got a free car upgrade, which was nice! It was our first time using panek, and to be honest it was great! Would definitely recommend them.

Car was definitely not ita own class. Corolla for intermediate?? Seriously so what is passat? And car was full of scratches.. Stuff wasnt helpful at all
