Although the pickup point is not at the airport, there is a shuttle service. Staff at gate 3 greet you, making it very convenient. The process was quick and professional.

I rented a Suzuki Swift or similar and got the Hyundai I10. It's a smaller car than it was supposed to be.

We rented a car for 8 days - on the final day it broke down we wasted probably in total around 3 hours of our day waiting for breakdown help then ultimately help from Surprice , completely spoiled our last day and meant that my partner was unable to visit the grave of a recently deceased relative which we intended to do on our way back to the airport and caused a lot of anxiety that we may miss our plane . We have graded counter staff as poor as there was no sympathy / empathy or apology - no offer to refund all or part of the rental fee and the experience has caused a lot of distress

The car was ok apart from the clutch, think it was near ready to be change, very high release. Did not like the pick up procedure. They would not take myself, my wife and luggage to the rental place. My wife had to wait on her own outside the airport terminal while I went to collect the car. It was not because of lack of space, I was the only one in the van. I then had to drive back to the airport to pick my wife and luggage up. This is not a very good method. The rental staff were very good, very efficient. I left my camera in the car and only realised after I had flow out. Upon contacting them the next day they informed me that they had found it and would post it on to me. Hopefully I will get it back soon.
