I did this, and the lady at the Alamo office inside the terminal told me that I had to pay for the parking...

Compramos seguro y aún así nos cobraron seguro en las oficinas de Alamo, así que deberían devolver la compra que realizamos a través de Qeeq, no se utilizó pues nos dijeron que solo funcionaba a través de reembolso.
