They do not have a free shuttle to and from the airport, they charge $1.50 plus Tax each way. you use the shuttle

Free shuttle advertised on the website should be removed, they charge a fee of $1.50 plus tax each way if I want to use the shuttle to and from the airport

Waited 2 hours to get the car. Tires were marginal. Had to take 2 shuttles to get to the Fox Rental Center.

I have never been straight up swindled by a company in my life. This is exactly what happened with FOX RENT A CAR. My heart hurts every time I re-live what happened to me. You should never do business with a company like fox rental. I told them that I did not need any type of insurance from them since my credit card and personal insurance covered everything. The guy behind the counter, smiled and said okay. He then proceeded to charge me for the personal insurance and told me, don’t worry, it’s just a deposit and it’ll be returned back to you. It’s my fault, I trusted him and signed on because I didn’t think the swindling would be against the law. I felt like I was in third world country or something. Anyways. I will never do business with FOX CAR RENTALS AGAINS.
