The service in Los Angeles was average. The staff were impatient and seemed dismissive towards non-English speakers.

They trick customers into buying insurance. I had already purchased full coverage through the platform when renting the car, but they manipulated me into purchasing over $600 of insurance upon returning the car. Thanks to the platform for resolving the issue perfectly. Avoid Thrifty at all costs.

First time getting downgraded car model

Lamentablemente cuando llegas al mostrador la reserva no contiene ni peajes ni seguros obligatorios por lo cual tuvimos que pagar 100 dolares mas x solo 3 dias de alquiler. Esto no estaba claro al reservar, convenía con ALAMO
