Pick up location made me wait for over an hour for car availability then gave me an upgrade since no car was available for the class I booked. It was ok as the pick up location had a bunch of stores around, so just came back after an hour. Needed to change my return location, 15 minute wait on phone but was able to change no problem.

Due to language barriers, the store did not provide Chinese-speaking staff or instructions in Chinese. We were unaware that the car couldn't leave Cebu, and now we are waiting for the rental company's headquarters to inform us of the penalty amount. The deposit hasn't been refunded yet.

Renting a car from the QEEQ website was very convenient. The insurance costs were confirmed during the booking process, so there was no need to deal with upselling at the rental counter. I've rented from Budget before; they have locations at airports and train stations, making it very convenient. The cars I got were always under 10,000 kilometers, so I have a good impression of this company.
