Fun to drive the Top End

The reserved car was blocked and couldn't be moved out. They provided a free upgrade to a 6-seater SUV.

Highly recommended. Drove over 1200 kilometers in Melbourne, and the right-hand drive cars are easy to handle.

Overall, the car rental experience was satisfactory. The staff noticed our limited English skills and proactively used a translator device without pushing us to buy insurance. The vehicle was a bit old, possibly because we chose the cheapest model. It was quite noisy when driving, and there was one instance where it was hard to start the engine. Thankfully, we completed the trip smoothly.

Great service, Chris who tended to me was very friendly and efficient. The car was brand new, so no complaints at all.
