Initially, we went to a small counter on the first floor of the airport where several companies were represented, but there was only one person, so we had to wait in line forever. Later, the desk staff told us that if we were Alamo customers, we could go directly to the car pick-up point to handle everything. At first, we didn’t understand where the pick-up point was and spent a long time searching outside the airport. We even asked a police officer for help, and the officer eventually took me back to the desk to ask the staff members, and that's when we figured it out. On the bright side, we got a very positive impression of Dutch police—thumbs up!

Overall, it's okay. They asked if I wanted insurance, I declined since I'm experienced.

i made a mistake when i booked online to indicate a pickup time and it reverted to 12 noon,i arrived there at 845 and when he noticed the mistake he told me he had no cars to give me ,except a top of the line with all bells and whistles for only 10.00euro more a day for 8 day's when i explained to him that the 2 times before i rented from then it did not pose a problem his answer was THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM and than told me further that the car i had reserved would be available in about 3 hours and could wait in the public seating in front of their office ,i sat there for 2 hours WAS NOT IMPRESSED
