The staff were amazing. Best customer service I’ve experienced. Mitchel who served us was attentive, friendly and helpful. Didn’t get the name of the man we dropped the car off with but he was very friendly and dropped us at the terminal as we were disabled. No pushy sales, quick and efficient. Great car. Perfect experience.

Booked car originally and our flight changed to 6 hours earlier. They couldn’t change the booking time for some reason and said the only option was to cancel and rebook. Did this and the car was now £100 more expensive so had to book a smaller car. If you couldn’t amend the time on the system, I’m sure you could have contacted the hire car company to amend the time. Very poor service.

I got the car from copenhagen airport which was not very far from the arrivals probably around 2km, with bags a bit difficult to walk so better to go and pick up the car first than to get the bags. Car was pretty clean inside out and only 30k km on the clock so very pleased for what i paid overall. Pretty easy to get through to customer service and vecause i lost my flight and i had to catch a new one which was after 23:00hrs they had someone waiting for me there to pick up the key. Very very pleased with them myself.
