The service staff were very inefficient, taking around half an hour per person. Initially, there was only one staff member at 9:00 AM, gradually increasing to three. I arrived at 8:30 AM but only got the car around 10:30 AM. They tried to sell me insurance, which I firmly refused. Then they pretended to give helpful advice, saying gas prices in San Francisco were cheaper than in Los Angeles and suggested returning the car with an empty tank. However, they didn't disclose the refueling fee. I ended up being charged $71, whereas refueling it myself would have cost just over $40. Ultimately, I was tricked.

Dollar clearly stated that they have no connection with Zuzuche, and they double-charged for additional products.

Arrived at the store at 11 PM, queued for over three hours and didn't get the car until after 2 AM. The staff were very rude. We reserved a BMW X3 but were given a lower-end Cadillac CT4. After checking the parking lot, there were no cars of the same class as the X3, which indicates false advertising. Do not choose this company.

Firstly, the car rental process was outside with no shelter, which was extremely hot. Secondly, some staff were unfriendly, which doesn't fit Hawaii's style at all. Last year, I rented from a company named alma, or something similar, and the staff there were very enthusiastic; they even gave small gifts when they saw children with us. But these are minor details. The main issue was that my husband couldn't find his credit card at the moment, so he couldn’t be the primary driver, and I had to be the one. Adding him as an additional driver for 7 days cost over 90 dollars. Shortly after we completed the paperwork, in less than 7-8 minutes, he found the credit card in a small bag. We went back to explain and hoped to change the primary driver, but they refused. Even if it wasn't possible, the attitude could have been better. The local Japanese staff was very impatient, repeatedly saying 'no, no, no.' This company is terrible! I used them years ago and didn’t find them bad, but I’ll never use them again! Additionally, when renting the car, my credit card was frozen for $497, and when returning the car, they didn’t mention if the money would be refunded. I'm really worried!!!

The entire car rental process took about an hour. They tried to upsell a full tank of gas, but no additional insurance. Upon request, they specifically brought out a Suburban for us. It was a 2015 model with 20,000 miles. The service was indeed very good. Returning the car at San Francisco Airport was very convenient.
