I did not pick up the car the representative refuse my card and she was so rude to swipe she said she can only use the chip but not swipe so I took uber so I need refund back as soon as possible

At the scheduled pickup time, we were told that the reserved vehicle was unavailable and that we'd have to wait 25 minutes for the car. If we didn't want to wait, we could choose a smaller car, but the price difference wouldn't be refunded. Since we were in a hurry, we were forced to pay an additional $68 for another model.
