The car pickup process was very slow, likely because it's a local small company. We often rent cars from various companies, but returning the car at this company was extremely slow. The car we were given had poor engine performance and no rearview camera. It's the first time we've rented a car without a rearview camera. When we were handed the car, we did a quick inspection of the exterior and drove off. Upon returning the car, they claimed we damaged the sun visor and asked us to pay. We didn't even use the sun visor during our two-day rental, but they insisted we compensate them. Being a small company, you'd better be cautious when renting here.

The overall service was acceptable, but forcing customers to purchase insurance is really not great. Fortunately, the platform resolved the issue in time, reducing personal losses.

The vehicle's window operation is different from standard cars, and I couldn't find it temporarily. The rental company required insurance even though I already purchased my own insurance online.

Service was quick, but one of the staff said I could return the car with an empty tank after taking it full. I wasn't sure if there was a catch, so I refueled before returning it.

The car was in good conditions except for the "service engine" indicator on, and a mild noise when using the air conditioning The car was clean and nothing out of ordinary that attracted my attention
