Irresponsible , lack of professionalism..........etc

Car was very old and hard to find the location and they have charge me more what they have show me at booking time I am never going to work with TUF

The service was great! One thing I would suggest is to have a more convenient drop-off and pick up location.

Please include drop-off and pick-up locations into reservation so we can plan accordingly.

At the Easyrentacars.com, the reservation showed the tax and surcharges were included, but actually I had to pay tax and hidden costs at TU Florida when I picked up the car. I understand the $105 for SunPass, but the the issue is other charges. I did not change my plan and and save my time, so that I had to pay it. The original price was around $90, but it ended up for me to pay $300. I believe that this is a big issue even at Easyrentacars.com. This is almost a fraud. This is the worst rentacar experience in my life so far.

They gave my car away because I didn't prepaid the whole amount. They called me to tell me they were giving it away and I missed my cousin wedding in Orlando.

Called for pick up and we recieved was an answering machine. Took a cab to the location after waiting for an hour and half and payed $30.00 for the cab ride . THE PLACE WAS CLOSED. Never rented a car. MESSAGE customer service and nothing they could do about it . NEVER AGAIN
