Wait time caused by several attempts to upsell.

The car we got was an upgrade so it had more room than the Versa.

I had never used EasyRentCars before but would definitely use them again.

The car was awesome, except for one tire which had a slow leak when we got it. We ended up spending a bunch of money filling it with air everyday and then eventually getting it patched ourselves when easyrentcars told us they would not pay for it, but we could drive (2 hours) to the pickup location to get a different car.

Great value, beat the others!

Upon arrival i was very miss lead on the options i had previously purchased.at the time of of arrival i was told of no insurance,a small 3 cyl car and no discount for 1 day early return.i was charged a extra 300$ for insurance when clearly i had purchased it already online beforehand.myself being calm and asking what was the excuse for the extra charges, the front counter staff had zero explanation for extra charges and wasnt provided with honest straight answers on my paper work i had provided, they were just quick to get my credit card funds.being accomadating to my requests, they had “granted” me a complementary upgrade vehicle which was the exact one i had payed for online anyway. For the next 2 months i have once again booked my rental vehicle through you guys again hoping to see what future changes can be applied Jesse gow

Like: The price, the location, the serbice.
Dislike: Not too peppy and had scratches and dents but we had marked it down but was not cleaned inside
