I couldn't get the Cherokee I reserved. There were limited car options, and the car they provided wasn't any better than the one I booked. It was a Volkswagen SUV, barely enough for three people’s luggage. However, the store explained that it was the only car they had. Another group of friends traveling with us waited for an hour at AVIS but ended up getting a better car. It seems like their car inventory is indeed quite tight.
