The office is located in Frankfurt Airport, only in terminal 2. How to arrive from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2: The shuttle bus stop is right in front of the exits in the arrival zone. The shuttle bus commutes between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 approx. every 10 minutes and from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. After getting off the bus, please enter the T2 building. Our counter is located in the rental car center in the "Arrival D" area.

When booking the car, it was not clearly stated that exceeding 300 kilometers per day and crossing the border would incur extra charges. This was only communicated at the rental counter, with no prior notice, leaving no other options at the scene. Even if we didn't want to, we had no choice but to rent the car, feeling like we were being ripped off.
