Your Rental will be serviced by Enterprise. Upon arrival please be on the lookout for Enterprise counter located in the Arrivals hall of the airport terminal. Your rental will be serviced there. We were informed of changes to our booked vehicle 3 to 4 days before our arrival. Luckily the counter staff managed to explain to us what exactly happened and continued to allow us to have the original booking.

Based on my experience this time, I chose Alamo primarily because of its high rating of 9.8. My actual experience matched the rating. Another reason is that both pickup and drop-off are located within the walkable area of the airport, which is very convenient. During pickup, although there was no one at the counter initially, a staff member arrived within about 5 minutes after a phone call to complete the process. There were no insurance upsell attempts, and they informed me that if any issues arise, I would need to claim with my domestic insurance company. There was no additional payment for upgraded services. The pickup spot is located in the parking lot just below the arrival level at Brisbane Airport, which is extremely convenient—just a few steps away. For drop-off, it was also inside Sydney Airport, but it's important to pay attention and not miss the correct turn. The car I got was quite new, with a mileage of 16,000 km. Although it was a small car, it came with auxiliary features like cruise control. The power was sufficient and perfectly adequate as long as you avoid gravel roads.
