1) The counter staff was very friendly and helpful. 2) The release of the deposit was immediate! 3) We booked full to full fuel tank, however it was then level to level (which I usually avoid), even though accaptable. 4) The pickup instructions were incorrect. Instructions said exit 8, while it was actually 3. The info on the pickup van was also incorrect, however we managed to get there. I would use this company again when in Milan. Overall good and happy with the service.

Downgraded Vehicle and Condition Issues • The actual vehicle provided was significantly different from the reserved one: the reserved Citroën C3 was replaced with a smaller Lancia model. • The vehicle had performance issues: struggled on mild inclines and could only reach a maximum speed of 90 km/h even with the accelerator fully pressed. • The vehicle was in poor condition: the rear bumper had visible cracks, posing safety concerns. 3. Unreasonable Deposit Policy • A deposit of up to 600 euros was required (much higher than the industry standard). • The deposit refund mechanism lacked transparency, raising concerns about fund security. • Major rental companies often waive deposits; consumers are advised to prioritize reputable brands. 4.
