Overall, I'm very satisfied.

This experience wasn't great. We arrived at the store on the evening of the 15th, which was easy to find. However, during the car pickup process, the staff insisted that I present the original copy of my international driving permit. Before departure, I had repeatedly confirmed with the Zuzuche staff about the required documents, and all the information only mentioned the original driving license and an English notarized translation. To avoid potential issues with smaller local car rental companies, I specifically chose the more expensive EUROPCAR. Since other group members were waiting, we had no choice but to rent the car and leave the airport for the hotel. That night, I contacted Zuzuche staff, asking for assistance in coordinating the issue, but by 10 a.m. the following day, they still couldn't reach the local office. Feeling desperate, I went back to the airport for a final attempt. At the airport branch, a different staff member looked at my rental documents and started processing the car rental without asking any questions, even though the staff member who had rejected me the night before was at the adjacent counter and noticed me but made no comment. On the 16th, the staff assisting me tried to sell EUROPCAR insurance and informed me that my reserved automatic car was unavailable, and only manual cars were left. In order to continue with my trip, I had no choice but to accept it. Overall, the car pickup experience was very disappointing.
