This is a dishonest business that extorted over 1,000 yuan from rental customers. They set traps and acted in a particularly rogue manner. They forcibly charged over 1,000 yuan to our credit card. Despite having clear photo evidence, they still maintained an attitude of 'I'm being unreasonably rogue, and you can't do anything about it,' refusing to refund. If I could get to them, I would smash their shop. A warning to Chinese people: do not deal with this company.
Terrible, terrible, terrible! I reserved the car a month in advance, but when I arrived at the store there was no car available. I had to wait 3 hours for them to get a car from another location, and then they increased the price by over 50% when I got there, with a 'take it or leave it' attitude. They even said that without immediate payment, they wouldn't hold the car. I finally got the car back to my hotel, and the next day it had a flat tire. No roadside assistance was provided, and I was told to handle it myself. After a lengthy discussion with the rental company, they suggested I change my travel plans, which was ridiculous since I already had my hotel and flights booked. This was a horrendous car rental experience; it felt like I was being taken for a ride!
