Pathetic on the pick up location painful experience and trauma is inexplicable Travelled by 3 busses first and spent 8-10£ and then had to take 2 more busses and walk 2-3 kms to get to the car

Like: Car was great - lots of cool features in a little car
Dislike: Asked for pickup at noon but when i got to the office slightly after 12, i found the office closed until 1:30. Please put the location office hours on the confirmation.
There was only one computer working when we got to the office at 1:30 so it ended up taking over 45 minutes to complete paperwork.

Excellent service! The staff member was incredibly kind and had a great attitude. She spoke English fluently throughout the entire process and was very polite while guiding us. Additionally, she didn't charge me for the highway sticker.
