[Five-star review] Excellent service despite flight delay!
Due to a flight delay of over an hour, I contacted customer service, and the rental company kindly extended the pickup time by an hour. Very considerate! Upon arrival, staff were already at the airport holding a sign to greet us. The pickup service was professional and efficient. The return process was smooth, and they even thoughtfully dropped us off at the terminal. No extra charges at any point.
Special praise for their flexible emergency handling, very friendly to passengers affected by delays. The car was clean and had a full tank of gas. I'll definitely choose this company for future trips!
