In the description it's written that Autounion is inside terminal. It's not. It's 3-400 meters outside the terminal. Besides fuel policy is written to be full to full. It's not. It's leave it as you get it.
The service was excellent and they honestly informed us that the actual rental period was 2 days, not 3 days as QEEQ mentioned. Even if it exceeded 48 hours, as long as the car was returned on the same day, it would still count as 2 days. Fantastic!
The car felt ancient—no backup sensors, mirrors kept drifting out of alignment so I had to nudge them back, and the steering wheel would slide down whenever the road got bumpy. Even the front and rear badges didn’t match, so I still don’t know what model it was. Luckily, Sado Island is tiny and I never had to drive far, so taking it slow kept things manageable. At least pick-up and drop-off were a breeze and the staff stayed friendly.
