Good experience

The car had some damage already that was not obvious at 1 am when I was exhausted from travel. It was added to my cost after returning the vehicle. I have a feeling this is a strategy to make extra money on poor tourists Overall the van performed as well as expected

Update your rental vehicles. Don’t give out worn out damaged vehicles

Undisclosed charges for insurance. Everywhere in the world, the full coverage is accepted through AmEx. We had a letter from the AmEx that we have a full coverage for liability, but the Europcar didn’t accept it and charged for coverage. They also put a hold for $2,000 on m card and I couldn’t use it for the duration of my trip. This was not disclosed anywhere.

When we picked up the car (mini van as we were 6 passengers) there was a piece of trim/floor on the floor of the car just sitting there. I had to take it out to give to the staff. There were many scratches and dents and the front bumper was questionable. The car worked fine but when we hit a certain speed it sounded like we were going to lose our front bumper. They required us to have 3rd party insurance even though we were covered by our credit card and we were not allowed to rent without it. This was an additional 120$ US for 3 days.

This was the worst rental car agency I have ever used. Never again! It took them 2 h to give a car! Uncettable! Did that reason we got to Masada 15 m to late to be able to enter so we could not see it! They had significant effected my vacation by being extrinely inefficient!
